Description
Siegel was known as one of the most infamous and feared
gangsters of his day. Described as handsome and charismatic, he became
one of the first front-page-celebrity gangsters until he was shot dead at the Beverly Hills home of his girlfriend, Virginia Hill in 1947. The 30 page file we offer consists of the Los Angeles County Coroner's inquest into Siegel's murder, a 2 page copy of the Coroner's register, and his death certificate.
