Description
The not-so gentle half of the famous duo Ike & Tina Turner, who, along with then-wife Tina, turned out some of the most outrageous blues, soul, and rock, performances ever. Still hitting the pipe at age 76, it was revealed at autopsy that Turner died of a crack cocaine overdose, complicated by hypertension and emphysema.
